All Choijungin products are made to order.
Production begins after an order is placed, and therefore refunds and exchanges are limited under the following policy.
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once production has started or is completed, cancellations are not possible.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind or personal preference
Subjective concerns related to color or fit
Items showing signs of use, contamination, or damage
Missing or damaged components (dust bag, box, tags, etc.)
Exchanges are available only for verified manufacturing defects.
Qualified defects include:
Structural issues
Stitching or bonding defects
Clear damage caused during delivery
Not considered defects:
Natural variations in leather grain, tone, or creasing
Color differences due to display settings
Fit variances due to individual foot shape or size
Request period:
Please contact info@choijungin.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival to confirm refund eligibility.
Inspection Process:
Item received → Condition review → Refund approvalIf approved, refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days according to the payment processor’s policies.
All original packaging and components (dust bag, box, labels, etc.) must be included.
Refunds cannot be processed for items with signs of use, contamination, or damage.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the item will be remade or refunded.
